so i just found out some insanely lame news.
we filed our taxes through H&R block. we did have direct deposit but basically it was a RAL (refund anticipation loan) from HRB. they paid us and then the IRS paid them. THAT means that the IRS never saw our bank account info. all this to say we'll be receiving a hard check... in july. ?!? thats so messed up. screw shopping and tattoos. 
at least we have rys bonus coming in a couple of weeks, i just didnt want to spend it on that stuff.
